 Laminates & Substrates Our multiple lamination and mounting presses cover the full range available. This means we can deliver your display material in a range of sizes, styles and on a variety of products and suitable finishes. There are factors to consider when choosing a laminate such as: Q. Does the product need to be extra durable because it is in a high traffic area such as an interactive display? Q. Will it need to stand up to extra-ordinary weather conditions? Q. Will it need to be non-reflective to cope with media lighting? A. We can provide the best advice on which processes (hot or cold system) will best suit your particular requirements. We use a range of finishes including satin matt, sandtex, supergloss, matt, hotshoe, satin or matt heatseal and even polycarbonate film, and when required we can provide white board surfaces. We can mount to a wide variety of substrates like Lexan polycarbonate film, Foamcore, MDF, black or white gator, aluminium, Dibond or Alucabond, toughened glass, acrylic or many others. We can create your required extra special finish by facemounting to Acrylic. |
